Es usual en todo tipo de construcción la necesidad de usar adhesivos para
reparaciones de carpetas, revoques, saltaduras, borde de muro, peldaños
de escaleras, etcétera o mejorar la adherencia entre morteros y baldosas
como así también la de adherir morteros y hormigones ya endurecidos
con hormigón fresco.
En líneas generales los hay de dos tipos
1)- Adhesivos elaborados en base a una emulsión de elastómeros (resinas
acrílicas), uno de los mas conocidos comercialmente es Sika Látex
2)- Agente de unión epoxídico de dos componentes formulado con resina
epoxídicas pre-dosificadas sin solventes. Uno de los más conocidos
comercialmente es Sikadur -32 gel.
Algunos datos técnicos del agente de unión epoxídico
Resistencia a flexión a los 7 días—————————–34MPa.
Resistencia a la compresión a los 7 días—————— -63MPa.
Resistencia a la adherencia para tracción
sobre hormigón húmedo————————————–3,5MPa.
Resistencia de adherencia por tracción
sobre el acero limpio ——————————————-25MPa.
En las fotos que acompañamos se muestra un tanque de hormigón armado
que contiene salmuera en él. Se retiro el recubrimiento de la armadura
, luego se reemplazó la armadura externa, posteriormente se encofró
y lleno con grouting cementicio, previo pintado con adhesivo epoxídico.
Este es un caso de ligantes entre hormigón endurecido y fresco.
